What we collect

When you choose to submit a form, we may collect your name, email address or phone number, broad goal, reason for reaching out, selected interest, preferred next step, consent, the page and form used, and a timestamp. Anti-spam systems may process a privacy-preserving network identifier.

Why we collect it

We use this information to review and respond to your request, deliver the reflection or information you selected, protect the form from abuse, and maintain a limited backup of submissions.

What we do not ask for

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, detailed medical records, explicit trauma narratives, or other highly sensitive information.

Separate consent

Submitting a form to Simon McMahon does not subscribe you to unrelated brands. We do not sell the personal information submitted through these forms.

Retention and security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for follow-up, recordkeeping, safety, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may decline to submit the form. If you previously contacted us and want your request reviewed, use the private contact form and identify the earlier communication without resubmitting sensitive information.

Third-party media

This site may link to official social platforms or embed privacy-enhanced YouTube media. Those services apply their own privacy terms when you interact with them.
